| The 2011 AMSA ARC/UCD Pre-Medical and Pre-Public Health Conference, The 9th National AMSA ARC/UCD Pre-Medical and Pre-Public Health Conference provides community-college and university students with the information and skills necessary to succeed in medical school admission process. It provides a unique opportunity for direct contact with medical school deans of admission, admission officers, financial aid officers and faculty. The guest list includes Deans of Admission from Harvard, Stanford, UCSF, Johns Hopkins, UC Davis, University of Chicago, UCLA, USC, UC Irvine, Western, UCSD, Duke, University of Washington and the University of Michigan. These individuals will give you first-hand tips on how to go about planning your pre-med activities and get into the school of your choice.

The goal of the conference is to increase diversity in the health professions to better care for underserved communities

April 8, 2012 | 22nd Annual LMSA Regional ConferenceThe LMSA Stanford Chapter will host the 22nd Annual LMSA Regional Conference. The theme of the statewide conference is “Creating Leadership: Striving to Improve Latino Healthcare.” Over 1,000 high school students, pre-health undergraduate students, medical students, medical school administrators, resident directors, and a variety of healthcare professionals are expected to attend the conference.
